Mailtrack Rolled Out Across 14 Locations for Major Client

During April and Early May Intandem rolled out Mailtrack for one of its clients in 14 locations from the Midlands to Scotland. The project has been hailed a one of the smoothest implementations, with no issues encountered.

As part of the rollout users were trained in all locations by the clients IT staff showing testament to the ease of use of the system from both the web application and the mobile peripherals that support it. Since the go live over 2000 items have been seucurley delivered with no issues raised.

Managment Information is readily avaialbe to the main managers via the application web reports with outputs to PDF and excel.
