Content level creation added to FileTrack

Intandem have added additional content level data capture to FileTrack. With records information being key to any business, finding what you want and then viewing associated content is often a tricky thing to get right and to make sure it is displayed correctly.

So welcome with open arms content level creation linked back to the master file or Box and displayed conveniently in one window within FileTrack. From one simple search all of the related information whether it be a project number, a client name or a document type, can be viewed.

Now there is no no need to keep going back to the search results to click the next item to see the content for every record. Simply click the associated record and view the information.

This functionality is ideal for registering Deed Packets. Master Deed information can be registered once and then document level content can be added in to your own customised forms.
